I try to understand the world for what it is but all i really see is how unwise people are with their money. Im my future i will be able to save my money not in a bank but in a safe in my very own house. Thats my way to plan for the future.

Two things that really surprised me was that the 20 year old age group is more likely to save their money than any other, another thing that surprised me was that that generation is also more optimistic about their money. I plan to save my money and to spend less. I need to save up in case something bad or unexpected happens.

i was mostly surprised that people of 18-34 years if age will want to save more then spend and also 98% of young adults say they want to save more money this year. 2 things i plan to include in my personal finance is to take small steps to get everything started and to start saving money as soon as i can.

I dont have much planned for my future but all I know is Im gonna save my money as much as possible. A lot of services this day in age have prices going through the roof. Not to mention the downside of taxes. The government needs to realize that a lot people are very unfortunate and dont have the kind of money needed to make deadlines or ends meet. Im personally a very frugal person, I never like to spend money and will do anything possible to have someone pay for me when I want something.

it is a lot better if you save now than when your in your in the 30s or 40s. because you can pay off things that you need that might be unexpected. bills, the car, or even for school. i plan to save my money for the future for the good or bad times that goes on in life.

And I also would like to watch what I spend my money on more. I always tend to spend my money on the dumbest things.

It surprised me that some people lived through so many things dealing with the depression. Also, the fact that some didn't have money saved and didn't expect for the worst. In my future, I plan on saving a lot of money for emergency situations. And also to put my wants aside & focus on necessities.

I think that I have a pretty good understanding of what I want in life and what I what to do in life. I'm fairly sure where I want to go to college. The things that bother me are how I'm going to be able to finance these things. I have a job and I'm working on saving for my future, but it's still hard when I look at the amount that I have in the bank and compare that to not even half of my future expenses. And add in the fact that I'm still a kid (sort of). I want to have fun as much as the next guy. And fun's not free.

i plan to save the money i make and not spend it on things i dont need so i dont end up in debt or completely lost if a depression hits us again

I plan to save my money and only spend it on the things that i really need, not want. I will be joining the Army as Infantry, so i will be paid decently and i will be set for life. I will go to college while i am in the Army. So i will be able to have a career to fall back onto once i finish my career in the Army. So i will be set if another depression hits us, and i wont be in debt.

- I'm going to save my money. Buy the essentials first , then the wants. I just have to watch what i buy so i won't end up in financial debt and lose everything.

i believe people should be smarter when it comes to the way they spend their money, some people go in bebt because they don't pay attension to the ammount they spend. older people are usually smarter wth their money because they know more about it and they know what they are doing.

i think you should start saving your money at a youmger age so that when they get older and something happen and they end up in debt they have a back up plan from there savings to turn too.
